This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register an FIR., on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.09.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 15.09.2015, it is alleged by the petitioner that he is having some dispute with one Mathi and that the said Mathi has set up his dog to bite the petitioner.
4. This Court carefully perused the complaint and found that the allegations do not inspire the confidence of this Court for Police to investigate. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the Police to register an FIR., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
