Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that as requested by the petitioner, he was referred to the Medical Board attached to the Joint Director (Medicine) Office, Velappadi, Vellore, and the Medical Board is yet to fix a date for examination. It is further submitted that they will act according to the advice of the Medical Board.
