ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.423 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1 st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram, on 12.12.2024 vide Ref.No.LTN20230003048C202400121.

3. Since the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
