Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to revoke the recognition granted to the respondents 5 to 7 for violating the National Sports Development Code of India-2011, other norms and regulations for the time being in force, and prevent them from taking part in the selection of Karate practitioners for National and International games by taking action against them for the misdeeds committed so far, on the basis of the representations dated 10.09.2017, 22.11.2017, 02.01.2018 and 27.01.2018.

ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the respondents.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.7 submits that the address of respondent Nos.5 and 6 is a fictitious address. Respondent No.5 is registered at Delhi with the Registrar of Delhi and Haryana. Respondent No.5 today is defunct. The recognition of respondent No.5 is also withdrawn.
3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.7 and the fact that the matter pertains to the selection for the year 2017-2018, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
4. The writ petition, as such, is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.26162 of 2018 is closed.
