PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.5775 of 2019 by Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai order dated 22.04.2019 in Crime No.40 of 2019.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the conditional order dated 22.04.2019 imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.5775 of 2019, dated 22.04.2019, regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Considering the above submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.5775 of 2019 dated 22.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
