Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the fourth respondent to produce the detenue minor child namely, A.Krish Kavin, son of S.Arumugam, aged about 5 years, before this Court and handover him to the petitioner.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to produce the detenu minor child namely, A.Krish Kavin, son of S.Arumugam, aged about 5 years, before this Court and handover him to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. The detenu is present along with the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent, who has been impleaded suo motu vide order dated 03.09.2020 has stated that it is the petitioner who left her and the detenu.

3. Unfortunately, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as was the case on the earlier occasion.

4. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
