When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.759 of 2011 has been completed; Final Report has been filed in S.C.No.145 of 2012 and the accused were acquitted by the X Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai on 25.04.2013. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
