ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court in W.P. No.23957 of 2009 dated 29.08.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up, it is submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23957 of 2009 on 29.08.2019 has been complied with and a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.19314/2018/Oo1 complying with the directions of this Court is placed before this Court along with the demand draft towards payment of compensation. Recording the said statement and the proceedings along with demand draft, this contempt petition stands closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the compensation fixed by the respondent, he is at liberty to workout his remedy in accordance with law and the petitioner is directed to transfer the land in the name of the Municipal Corporation. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
