SR.No.701 of 2016 T.MATHIVANAN, J In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced a Certified Copy of the Legal Heirship Certificate dated 18.9.2014 with reference to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner/appellant P.Pangajam, along with a xerox copy of the Death Certificate of the said P.Pangajam.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the cause title is accepted and the petition is allowed.
