Jayaraman Gounder v. Periasamy

CMP.Nos. 12537 & 12538 of 2018 in SA.No.1801 of 1997 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.12537 of 2018 has been filed to condone the delay of 652 days in representing the papers in C.M.P.SR. No.20339 of 2016 in the second appeal. CMP.No.12538 of 2009 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the Sole Appellant/Jayaram Gounder as Appellants 2 to 6 in the appeal.

2. Since the petition has been filed fairly within the time and the same is allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, both applications are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks.
