The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the impugned order dated 19.07.2016, passed by the first respondent in proceedings R.C.No.PEN/EZ/141/11236/2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner passed away in the year 2017.
