Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.MILTON ARUL RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 29.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5075 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5620 of 2021.
2. This Court, vide order dated 29.04.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
