Common Prayer:- Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to issue direction to the respondents to register a case on petitioner's complaints dated 23.06.2015 and 29.06.2015 respectively, investigate the same and file final report in accordance with law. For Petitioner :Mr.N.Manokaran For Respondents :Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaints dated 23.06.2015 and 29.06.2015 respectively, investigate the same and file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in respect of same cause of action, this petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 10.06.2014 before Siruvalur Police Station, Erode and in which, petition enquiry in CSR.No.97 of 2014 was conducted and closed by the Sub Inspector of Police, Siruvalur Police Station, Erode, on the ground that civil suits are pending between the parties. A copy of the closure report in CSR.No.97 of 2014 is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police on the present complaints dated 23.06.2016 and 29.06.2015. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
