Sigamani v. The Tahsildar

W.P.No.12438 of 2019 R.SUBBIAH, J and KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J (The Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah,J) The matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Crime Number pertaining to the arrest of the vehicle, i.e. Two Tier bullock cart, has not been indicated in the order of this Court, dated 29.04.2019, on which date, this Court directed the respondents to release the vehicle in question upon conditions set out in the said order. Though it is now stated that the petitioner has deposited the amount as directed in the said order, till date, the vehicle in question is not released for want of crime number being mentioned in the said order.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that Crime No.304 of 2018 shall be added lastly in paragraph 6(ii) of the said order dated 29.04.2019 passed in this Writ Petition.

5. In other respects, the earlier order dated 29.04.2019 shall remain unaltered.
