(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant the execution of time to execute the sureties for the Court order in Crl.O.P.No.7717 of 2020 dated 20.05.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the first part of the order by paying the amount to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, but due to lock down, he is unable to execute the sureties within the time. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is granted to the petitioner for execution of bail bond as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is earlier, Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
