(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2017 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take the patta into the account of revenue records maintained by the 2nd respondent.

2. The grievance of petitioner is that, by an order dated 30.01.1995, an extent of 0.10.0 ares was assigned to the petitioner in Survey No.99/5 situated at No.106, Edaiyaalam Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Chengalpet District. Thereafter, the revenue records was not updated and no patta has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

granted to the petitioner. Hence, she has made an application to the 2nd respondent on 24.10.2017 and a reminder was also sent on 23.02.2018. But, so far, her application was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
