BAP: HR: LS: WP 1356/2020 dated 28.02.2023, quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to reconsider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2019 seeking employment to his daughter under the category of land losers in the light of the application dated 20.07.2011 submitted to the 4th respondent, one of the members of the screening committee and pass necessary orders within the time that may be fixed by this Court. This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 28.02.2023 and for a direction to the 1st respondent to re-consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.06.2019, wherein the petitioner was seeking for employment of his daughter under the category of land losers in the light of the application dated 20.07.2011 submitted to the 4th respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4.

3.On carefully going through the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent, it is seen that pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court, a Screening Committee was appointed and the Screening Committee provided a cut off date as 23.09.2011 beyond which no application can be entertained. Since, the application was submitted by the petitioner beyond the cut off date, the application was not entertained by the 1st respondent.
4.The only ground that has been raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner had submitted the application / representation to the 4th respondent on 20.07.2011, which is well before the cut off date. Since, it was not considered, the petitioner had approached the 1st respondent. 5.The above ground taken by the petitioner is unsustainable, since the petitioner was supposed to submit the application before the Screening Committee before the cut off date, if that is not done, obviously the application submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered based on some representation that was given before the Tahsildhar.

6.This Court does not find any illegality in the order passed by the 1st respondent warranting the interference of this Court. 7.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. 23.10.2024 krk Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No : Yes / No To 1.Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, (A Government of India Undertaking) Boiler Auxiliaries Plant rep. by The Executive Director, (HR-RX, RMX, TDX & GAX), Ranipet - 632 406.
