ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 170, 409, 465, 468, 471, 420 read with Section 109 of IPC in Crime No.201 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons created forged government salary bill for getting personal loan from the defacto complainant's bank. Based on the complaint, the respondent police registered a case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner along with other accused created forged document as if beneficiary work in Government job and avail personal loan for 59 members for total value of Rs.2,82,02,461/- and later which was misappropriated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and also failed to repay the same to the bank and he further submitted that investigate is pending. Therefore, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the case is in the initial stage of the investigation and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
