ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri to complete the trial of the case in Spl.S.C.No.57 of 2022 within a stipulated period of time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Spl.S.C.No.57 of 2022. This case is pending for Trial from 23.01.2023. However, the trial is not commenced so far, necessitating filing of this petition.
3. The records shows that the Spl.S.C.No.57 of 2022 is pending from the year 2022. This Court is not provided with the statistics with regard to the number of cases pending on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri. Therefore, no fixed time limit can be set for the disposal of this case. However, considering the seriousness that the offences are registered under POCSO Act, this Court directs the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
