When the matter came up for hearing today, Mr.R.Elumalai, learned Advocate, En.No.261 of 2009, No.257, Dr.Ambedkar Nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai, Mobile: 9710066319, as per the direction of this Court dated 24.01.2017, is present in Court. He sought apologise of this Court stating that his name has been misused by his client and he has also undertakes to file an affidavit to condone his deeds. But it is seen that the Bar council of India has already issued notice to him. He would send necessary reply and appear before the Council for enquiry if need be. Police is also further directed by this Court to file a report in regard to the action taken by them on the complaint lodged by the defence authorities. 2.Post for reporting compliance, call the matter on 06.02.2017. 27.01.2017 DP
