This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2015 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint in person and on such complaint being given, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular action shall be taken, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
