This petition is filed to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.John J. Rajasingh, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, Mr.M.Arun, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.R.Rajesh Vivekananthan, learned Deputy Solicitor General for respondent 2.

The delay is 169 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 169 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
