9911/2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.R.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.MEGANATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9911 of 2022 on 28.04.2022 to stay at Salem and report before the Salem Town Police Station, Salem City, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
