This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2015 and provide police protection to the petitioner's life and his property bearing survey No.411/1A and patta No.331 for an extent of 2400 square feet situated at Thirumullaivoyal Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that, on a complaint given by one Ramasamy against this petitioner, a petition enquiry in CSR.No.643 of 2015 is pending. While so, the petitioner sent a representation dated 16.09.2015 by post, seeking police protection. In a case of such a dispute, no order for police protection can be passed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
