ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaints given by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the complaints which were given by the second respondent were already closed and that being so, now the first respondent is unnecessarily calling the petitioner and harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no complaint was received as against the petitioner and alleged harassment is not true. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the first respondent is directed that if any complaint is lodged against the petitioner, and if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence, then he can register a case and proceed in accordance with law. Instead of doing so, he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of.
