Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner before the Respondent Police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1200 of 2022, dated 20.01.2022, and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 1200 of 2022 on 20.01.2022 to appear before the Respondent Police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
