This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and his property in Survey No.530/2 measuring about 119 sq.meter situated at Korakkavadi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
