This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.453 of 2014 on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.453 of 2014 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
