(CRIME NO.19 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in para (6) (c) of the order in Crl.OP.No.25044 of 2021 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders that pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.MEGANATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25044 of 2021 on 23.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions after 05.05.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders for interrogation.
