in the field of Indian System of Medicine in Ayurvedha run in the name and style of Thirupathi Puthur Kattu Nudavaidya Salai, No.1, Housing Board Complex, Ottagapalayam, Vadapalani, Chennai-600 026 (in WP.No.1565/17) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of the court made the following order:- It is stated in the Communication dated 6/1/2017 addressed by the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine, Chennai to the State Licensing Authority, Chennai that the certificate No.BA22753 enclosed in the letter no.22/SLA(IM)/2017, dated 04.01.2017 was not issued to Thiru.R.Sivasami Velumani by the Board and is a bogus one. The same is placed on record.

The petitioner is directed to appear before this Court on 16/2/17.
