O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and her construction workers at the property situated at S.Nos.732/1B2, 732/1B3 and 732/1B4 and New S.No.732/1BA2 in Pal,likaranai Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, based on the complaint dated 14.08.2020 given to the second and third respondent and the complaint dated 17.08.2020 given to the first respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner owned a property situated in S.Nos.732/1B2, 732/1B3 and 732/1B4 and New S.No.732/1BA2 in Pallikaranai village, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District. While being so, the petitioner started constructions in the land belonging to her. The fourth and fifth respondents are objecting construction put up by the petitioner and also trespassed into the said property and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, she filed this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents one to three would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.271 of 2020 was issued and it is pending for enquiry.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on their complaint lodged by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.271 of 2020, after issuing notice to the respondents four and five and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is diaposed of.
