ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.5 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for State. 3.The petitioner herein is the husband of the defacto complainant, who has given a complaint alleging that the petitioner herein was abusing her and causing cruelty demanding money from her. Further, he is having illegal intimacy with another girl by name Ilavarasi and when she opposed, he threatened to kill. All her jewels have been taken away and spent by the petitioner herein. Her mother-in-law and father-in-law are conniving with him and supporting the paramour of the petitioner.

4.This Court while considering the allegation made in the complaint earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on 28.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 6678 of 2022.
5.Taking note of the fact there is a threat to the life of the defacto complainant and this petitioner is still at large and the police is not able to secure him and there is no change of circumstances to re-consider the earlier order of dismissal, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
