The petitioners seek modification of the condition imposed in the order dated 11.06.2019.

2. This application is opposed by the learned Public Prosecutor on the ground that the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed in the order dated 11.06.2019. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners 2 and 3 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5895 of 2019, who are the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5849 of 2019 having been elected as Members of the Legislative Assembly and Parliament respectively., they could not comply with the condition, in view of the fact that the Legislative and Parliament Sessions had commenced on 28.06.2019.

3. Considering the said statement, the condition imposed by the order dated 11.06.2019 is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police at 10am on every Saturday and Sunday till the investigation is completed.
