O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the proceedings pending in S.C.No.57 of 2016 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Thiruvarur.

2.It is seen from the records that the final report was filed in the year 2016 and the same was taken cognizance by the Court below in S.C.No.57 of 2016 and thereafter charges were framed and the trial has also commenced. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner raised several grounds before this Court and this Court is of the considered view that all the issues raised are factual in nature and the same has to be raised only before the Court below in the course of the proceedings and the Court below shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.57 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
