This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate upon filing a FIR for the Complaint dated 30.07.2015 and to take appropriate action against the 2nd and 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 30.07.2015 by post to the first respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the first Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
