O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 05.11.2019 made in C.R.P.(NPD) No.3540 of 2019.

2. When this Contempt Petition came up for hearing on the last occasion ie., on 21.12.2020, the respondents, as directed earlier, appeared through virtual https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ hearing and the learned counsel for the respondents also requested to give time

Cont.P.No.677 of 2020 upto 31.01.2021 to comply with that order by thus vacating the premises in question and handing over vacant possession to the petitioner. Recording the same, the matter has been adjourned today. Accordingly, the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that, the premises has been vacated and the key has been handed over to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same by stating that, yesterday evening, the respondents handed over the key with vacant possession to the petitioner.

4. In view of the compliance made by the respondents, nothing further is pending in this contempt petition to be adjudicated. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
