This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to expedite the investigation and file final report or to direct the higher official below the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police to file final report in Crime No.907 of 2014.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.907 of 2014, before the respondent.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be expeditiously, before the concerned court, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
