Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, call for the records relating to the letter No.UCOTNAGAR/MIS/114/2014-15 dated 17.09.2014 issued by the third respondent in person to the petitioner's company as per the instructions of the respondents 1 and 2 and quash the same.

2.However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the entire amount has been realized and in this regard an order has also been passed by the Senior Manager, UCO Bank, who is the third respondent in these writ petitions. When the entire due amount has been realized, this Court is not inclined to adjudicate the writ petitions any further.
Accordingly, the writ petitions stand closed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
