This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2015 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that in a case in Crime No.84 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b) & 337 IPC, as a counter blast, the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 03.03.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
giving a different version to the accident.
4. Under such circumstances, Second FIR cannot be registered on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.03.2015 and the respondent police is directed to conduct thorough investigation in Crime No.84 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
