PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police(Crime), J-10,Semmancheri Police Station, Shollinganallur, chennai 600 119 to register an FIR and to investigate according to the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.09.2015 in accordance with law.

Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.09.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 12.09.2015 lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.688 of 2015 before the respondent and also there is a counter case in C.S.R.No.95 of 2015 before the respondent.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
