ORDER

This petition has been filed to pass an order of interim stay staying the operation of the common Judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.79 of 2017 dated 28.02.2019 passed by the District Additional Judge (fast Track) at Arani, pending disposal of the appeal.

2.This Court by order dated 10.06.2019 has granted an order of interim stay and the same was extended until further orders on 10.07.2019. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal.
