ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 468 and 420 of IPC in Crime No. 2 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner herein got employment in the City Civil Court furnishing fake sponsor letters alleged to have been issued by the employment exchange and apprehending arrest in crime No.2 of 2022 has moved a petition seeking anticipatory bail before this Court on 16.03.2022 and this Court, after considering the facts, dismissed the petition on the ground that only custodial interrogation would reveal the source of the fake sponsor letter otherwise the persons responsible for fabricated documents could not be identified. There is no change in the circumstance since the petitioner's previous anticipatory bail petition was dismissed.
