This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final

report/charge sheet in crime No.215 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.

Mr.A.Gopinath, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after conducting investigation in crime No.215 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, the same was closed as mistake of fact on 23.05.2018 and the referred charge sheet in RCS.No.14 of 2018 was also served on the petitioner.
