ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The only relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition, is a direction to the first respondent/Commissioner of Chennai Corporation to remove all the encroachments made by the respondents 2 and 3 at Chennai Corporation approved road having 50 meters length and 2.30 meters width, at Vinayagapuram 4th Street, Tondiarpet, Chennai, as per the report dated 11.2.2014, submitted by them in W.P.No.15978/2013.

2.Pursuant to the notice, the Zonal Officer, Zone - IV, Chennai Corporation, has submitted a report indicating compliance of the order dated 2.2.2015, passed by us directing the first respondent to have proper inspection after due notice, in the presence of the petitioner and the respondents and remove the alleged encroachments. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the encroachments have been fully removed and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4.In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
