Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.04.2019 given by the petitioner to the respondents for removing the encroachment on the public road to reach the burial ground and to make pucca road on the said burial ground road.
