This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction to the first respondent to register a case against Rizwan Ahamed on the complaint given by him to the second respondent on 17.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Reading of the complaint reveals that the petitioner and Rizwan Ahamed are partners and as per the partnership deed, Rizwan Ahamed was in-charge of the partnership firm and he has committed theft of rent receipts and cheques and he has also not given due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

share of profit to the petitioner. As the allegation reveals civil transaction between two partner and no criminal offence is made out, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
