ORDER
The petitioner made an application for issuance of licence to run a hotel on 27.06.2016 enclosing the Demand Draft. As there was no order passed on the above said application, a further representation was given on 29.11.2016. Despite the same, there is no further action on the part of the second respondent and hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard Mr.M.Murali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 27.06.2016 and on the representation dated 29.11.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
