This petition has been filed to grant bail to the petitioner in Crime No.2 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused person was found to be in illegal possession of 1.200 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is having 25 previous cases, if he released on bail he may abscond. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
