This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(iii) of the order in Crl.M.P.No.64 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.6 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court to comply with the condition imposed in para 7(iii) of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.64 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.6 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 is extended by two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that no further time will be granted for complying with the said condition.

4. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
