This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.859 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. This petition has been filed to quash the FIR on the ground, that the parties have compromised between themselves. It is only the case of damage to the personnel property, namely, the camera of the unit.

4. The 2nd respondent appeared before this Court and stated that, he has no objection in quashing the FIR against the petitioners. In support of his claim, he has filed an affidavit through his counsel Mr.V.Venkatesan stating that they have compromised the matter.

5. In view of the same, this petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.859 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent is hereby quashed.
